Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed by daily tasks, systems, or transitions?
About case management:
Sometimes therapy alone isn’t enough – sometimes you need extra, hands-on support putting insights into action. I help my clients bridge the gap between therapy and real life by offering compassionate, practical assistance with everyday challenges.
Case management and skills training supports clients in learning to navigate complex systems, establish sustainable routines, access community resources, and move through barriers that feel unmanageable. My approach centers authenticity, empowerment, and trauma-informed care, grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life.
I was originally drawn to social work through a commitment to social justice and not leaving anyone behind. I approach this work with deep respect for each person’s lived experience and practice from a foundation of anti-racist values, cultural humility, and trust in your wisdom and capacity for growth.
I work with clients who may identify as:
- People living with trauma
- Members of the LGBTQIA+ community
- BIPOC
- Neurodivergent
- Living in a diverse or larger body
- People with disabilities
Clients can find support with:
- Issues related to food or housing instability
- Navigating public assistance systems (OHP, SNAP, etc.)
- Those living with disabilities or chronic pain
- Support for those newly in recovery from addiction or substance misuse
- Skills Training between therapy sessions (must meet qualifications and be referred by your therapist)

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cooking, rewatching my comfort sitcoms and movies, seeing my friends, and getting outside.
