She/hers

My passion and heart lies in working with queer people. I am queer and have been queer since forever.

I came out at the age of 15. In 1995, I moved from a California metropolis to a small rural Oregon town and there were just two of us “out and queer kids.” It’s nearly 30 years later and many things have changed; and for some people and some places, they haven’t changed much. As someone who has lived experience with a queer life and intersecting marginalized identities, I want to hold space for and create radical healing for queer folx as they strive to find their most authentic self.

My ideal clients are individuals I can collaborate with to define and co-construct a safe therapeutic space, and find laughter with, even amidst the crisis and chaos. I work from a trauma-informed lens and want to continue my work with people who have:

  • survived trauma
  • depression
  • PTSD
  • anxiety
  • physical disabilities
  • chronic pain
  • survived domestic and/or sexual violence

I am also interested in working with people who want support with Health at Every Size (HAES), autoimmune conditions and ADHD. People are not their conditions or diagnoses. I don’t need someone to have a specific label, diagnosis or fit into a box to co-create healing, vulnerability and joy.
