Updated March 16, 2020
We know that this is a scary and hard time for all of the people served by Pulse Wellness. Ande and I are committed to your safety and the safety of our own families.
In light of the need to adhere to social distancing, we will be closed for in-person sessions until further notice.
All sessions will be virtual ONLY as of, Monday, March 16th. Within the next 2 weeks, we will inform you of what will happen in April with telehealth sessions.
If you would prefer to have a video session, please let us know and we will set up a virtual meeting using VSee Messenger, a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing service. If you request a video session, the service will send you an e-mail with instructions on how to download and use VSee Messenger. There will be kinks, and together we will iron them out. Thank you in advance for your patience and flexibility.
My hope is that we each do our very best to care for ourselves, our loved ones and our community – through social distancing and frequent hand-washing – our best lines of defense.
If you can, please stay home as much as possible, regardless of how you feel. If you can possibly work from home, do. When you can’t, please take precautions – hand washing, sanitizing and distance. If you feel even the slightest bit under the weather – a throat tickle, fatigue, aches, cough, fever – please stay home and contact a medical professional if needed.
We really want to see all of you in person. This is why we’re offering our best attempts at caring, through distance.
Please understand, we are making this call to protect, not panic. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience, and if virtual sessions are not an option for you, please contact us and we will cancel/reschedule.
Thank you for understanding. We will know more in the coming weeks, and what we do now will greatly determine what can happen over time.
Please know we are thinking about you and your families/friends. Call if you need help. We look forward to speaking with all of you!
Sincerely,
Rosanne Marmor, LCSW
Ande Cappellano, CSWA
