Rooted Realms
An 8-week group therapy circle for sacred regulation, storytelling, and soul remembrance, facilitated by La Christiana Harris, CSWA. This group is designed for queer, trans, and nonbinary, and/or femme people of color who live with chronic illness and neurodivergence who are seeking space to rest, process, belong, and regulate outside of the systems that harm you. Participants will learn co-regulation through gentle somatic practices. Storytelling and cultural witnessing will help you remember parts of self, explore decolonial healing tools rooted in research and ritual, let go of the need to fix or perform, and build an altar together that mirrors rebirth achieved throughout the group.

- Tuesdays 6:30-8:00pm
- Cost: $63 a session, OHP and Moda Insurance Accepted
- $375 for cash-pay participants
- Please note: To support the continuity and cohesion of the group, participants are asked to commit to the entire series. For those paying out of pocket, full payment (or an approved payment plan) for the entire group is required before the start of the group. Superbills can be provided upon request for potential insurance reimbursement. Participants are encouraged to communicate with their insurance company directly regarding superbills and whether this service may be covered.
