Do you often feel that your past has an outsized influence on your present? Do you feel disconnected from yourself and others? What would it be like to feel more confidently yourself in all areas of your life?
Therapy with me:
Therapy with me is a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, creativity, and connection. I believe healing happens when we feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted.
Somewhere along the way, you may have learned that it felt safer to hide parts of yourself than to let them be seen. Over time, those ways of protecting yourself can make it harder to know what feels authentic, connected, or true. Therapy offers a space to gently explore those experiences with compassion, at a pace that feels right for you.
Whether we use conversation, art-making, or both, this can become a place where you feel safe to grow into the version of yourself that feels most authentic.
Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment, honor the ways you’ve learned to navigate and survive, and discover new ways of caring for yourself.

Professional Background:
I am a graduate student in the Lewis and Clark School of Art Therapy. I have 10 years experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing behavioral support and assistance with activities of daily living. I also have experience working within a homeless and runaway youth shelter assisting youth with navigating resources and aiding in reunification.
Who I am in the Wild:
When I’m not at work, I enjoy exploring outdoors, going dancing, or diving deep into my latest crafting obsession! I am completely obsessed with miniatures or, on the flip side, huge objects (making me feel like I am the tiny one).
