Do you worry if you are on the right path? Do over-thinking and over-doing get in the way? What would it look and feel like if you felt grounded and confident that you belong?
Therapy with Me:
Therapy alone is not always enough; as a social worker, I recognize that we live in a world filled with injustice, and I believe in your right to express and process the grief of that reality. Facilitating this reparative work is central to my practice and my commitment to social justice, cultural humanity, and anti-racism. You deserve to experience therapy as a place where you feel trusted in your lived experience, your inner wisdom, and your capacity for growth.
Therapy with me is compassionate, consistent, collaborative, and creative. My approach centers authenticity, empowerment, and trauma-informed care, grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. We will work together to challenge your inner critic and celebrate the parts of you that may be ready to come out of hiding.
My role is not to have all the answers but to offer tools, validation, and curiosity needed to support you in developing self-trust, identifying your strengths and desires, and reconnecting with your authentic self. You will feel heard, attuned with, believed, believed-in, celebrated, and advocated for.

Professional background
I graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. I am dedicated to helping people find realistic, sustainable ways to care for themselves, build confidence, and experience more comfort, peace, and joy in daily life. I believe that small, consistent actions—supported by genuine care and understanding—can create meaningful change.
Who I am in the wild…
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cooking, rewatching my comfort sitcoms and movies, seeing my friends, and getting outside. I love to travel and learn about places far from home, and enjoy learning about history and politics. I also partake in ‘bedrotting’ and enjoy finding moments of rest and reflection in my day-to-day life.
