Do you feel alone as you navigate life transitions? Do you often worry about how heavy things feel? What would it be like to feel grounded in your self-trust and inner wisdom?

Therapy with me:

Life can be a lot. Whether you’re moving through grief, navigating anxiety, a life transition, exploring your identity, or wanting to feel more like yourself, you can expect therapy to be a space to slow down and dedicate time solely to yourself to feel seen and heard. Therapy with me feels grounding, warm, and genuine; a place where laughter and curiosity can exist alongside grief, uncertainty, and pain.

My work is grounded in Relational-Cultural Therapy and informed by Narrative and Somatic approaches. Healing happens through connection – with ourselves, others, and within the larger social and cultural contexts that shape our lives. That means we will naturally make room for conversations about identity, relationships, and the impacts of oppression and marginalization, while supporting you to reconnect with the wisdom and resilience you already hold.

I especially enjoy working with young adults, adults navigating life’s many chapters, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
As a queer therapist intern, I know how awesome it is to have a place where all parts of you are welcome. You deserve therapy that leaves you feeling more connected to yourself, more comfortable and empowered in your skin, and better able to meet yourself with compassion because everyone deserves a space where they can show up exactly as they are without needing to carry everything alone.

Professional Background:

I am a graduate student in the Lewis & Clark College Professional Mental Health Counseling program. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Food Systems. Prior to counseling, I have worn a variety of professional hats, including outdoor education, farming, and workforce development. I have a certificate in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and am a Wilderness First Responder. I aim to weave my varied background into my role as a therapist, excited to explore the relationship between people and their environments.

Who I am in the Wild:

When I’m not at work, I can be found riding my bike around the city, drinking coffee, planning an adventure, helping out with mutual aid projects, and eating yummy food with people I love. I am equal parts adventure-seeking and slowness-seeking. I love biking, backpacking, skiing, and jumping in natural bodies of water, and I also love quieter pursuits like journaling, gardening, and crafting. Lately, I’ve enjoyed flying kites at the coast and making seasonal BINGO cards of things I’m excited to do.
