Do you long for opportunities to ask big questions? Do you often feel misunderstood, stuck, or lonely in the confusing nature of being human? What would it be like to feel affirmed and safe as you expand your knowledge of yourself and your place in the world?

Therapy with me:

Therapy with me is an engaging, thoughtful process of creating a relationship secure enough to hold whatever you bring to each session. You deserve to feel accepted, understood, and worthy as you work through life’s big questions.

As a counselor-in-training, I bring a sense of curiosity and existential awe to our work together. I am deeply honored to be invited to know and understand you as you seek to know yourself. My practice is client-centered, trauma-informed, kink- and sex-positive, utilizing creativity to empower change and cultivate self-compassion.

Therapy works by uplifting some of the existential questions of “Why?” and “How?” for collaborative exploration; these questions can illuminate the meaning that we find in our stories, inviting a deeper understanding of ourselves and others. Developing this awareness invites one to be known, and with this invitation comes healing connections.

Professional Background:

I am a graduate student in the Lewis and Clark School of Counseling. I received my undergraduate degree in secondary education, and I have held a wide range of professional roles throughout my career. I value authentic connections and believe that the therapeutic relationship can provide opportunities for healing and repair.

Who I am in the Wild:

When I am not at work, I enjoy gardening, watching TV and movies, listening to podcasts, reading, drinking tea, hanging out with my cats, and running around the neighborhood. I make albums of the photos that I shoot on film, and my favorite subjects are all the flowers that bloom throughout the seasons, especially magnolias, cherry blossoms, dogwoods, and roses.
