24/7 Crisis Line: 503.988.4888

Young people

We offer therapy to children, teens and young adults aged 10-18, providing support in the midst of intense change. We work with youth who have experienced trauma, are queer or trans-questioning, or who just need support. We also offer family counseling, sibling therapy and child-parent therapy.

We ourselves are queer therapists, so please feel at home! We provide individual and couples’ therapy to lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, nonbinary, queer, questioning, intersex, allies, asexual and pansexual persons of all ages. We provide excellent resources for gender transitioning.

Do you have caregiver burnout? We work with many social workers, housing activists, nurses, teachers, foster and adoptive parents, and people caring for loved ones with disabilities. We can help give you the tools and support you need to manage stress and feel heard and supported in your life.

You might be feeling a lot of mixed emotions: relief, longing for familiar places and faces, frustration,  loneliness.  We are here for you. We have therapists who have personally been through it, and who can support you through your immigration and adjustment process

About Pulse Wellness

We have seen first-hand that oppressive systems cause great harm and we believe in the reparative need for both social justice and personal healing. We also believe that some of this repair from trauma begins at home, and that caregivers need extra support to do this important work. Our work is in helping our clients not only to survive, but to thrive.
