On the outside, does it appear you’ve got it all together—while underneath, you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and lonely? Have you spent years navigating shame, masking, and feeling disconnected from yourself while pouring everything you have into others? What if you could finally step into your full identity and live the big, beautiful life you’ve worked so hard for?

Therapy with me:

Many of my clients are ambitious professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives navigating the challenges of ADHD in demanding environments. They report feeling disconnected from themselves and from their relationships, often wondering, ‘Will things always be this hard?’ Clients often come to me feeling like they’ve tried everything and believing nothing will work. I totally understand. I provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to help you gain clarity, build skills that work for you, and grow your confidence and self-compassion.

In therapy with me, you can expect grounded, warm (often humorous), and collaborative support that recognizes how ADHD presents differently for marginalized genders in ways that are frequently misunderstood, overlooked, or misdiagnosed. Nearly 80% of adults with ADHD have at least one additional mental health diagnosis, including mood and anxiety disorders, substance use, and personality disorders – among others. Adults with ADHD have a higher likelihood of experiencing trauma and PTSD. Adult ADHD is much more than difficulty concentrating, being messy, or struggling to sit still. So. Much. More.

I offer individual, relationship, family, or group therapy for a wide range of ADHD-related and intersecting concerns. Whether you’re seeking a formal assessment, practical strategies to improve executive functioning, improve relationships, or just a safe, affirming space to explore the story you’ve always told yourself about who you are and what you can do, you deserve compassionate, strengths-based support tailored to your unique experience and goals.

Professional background

I completed my Master’s degree in Counselor Education with a focus in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Longwood University in Virginia. I am licensed in Oregon (LPC) and Washington (LMHC). Before pursuing my graduate degree and licensure at the age of 40, I spent over a decade working in disability services, community mental health, child and family support services, and non-profit leadership. My career is grounded in the belief that there is more than one way to be a person. For too long, humans have been taught to hate within ourselves the parts that require patience, nurturing, and intention—because our world prioritizes speed and productivity. I support clients who’ve been caregiving or people-pleasing forever, and now seek to slow down, understand who they may have been if given the chance, ready to reclaim their lives, their bodies, and their identities.

Who I am in the wild…

When I’m not in session, you’ll find me hanging out with my family, eating gluten-free & dairy-free treats with friends, exploring the Pacific Northwest through photography, reading and dissecting movies/TV with fellow over-thinkers, singing, writing stories, and improvising with performers. I also manage my own dysautonomia, ADHD, and chronic-health conditions, which deepens my empathy for clients living complex lives.

Clinical Supervision

I provide clinical supervision for professional counselor associates and marriage and family therapy associates. My values as a supervisor are grounded in dignity, justice, and the very real responsibility we hold as helpers. I support developing clinicians in building practices that are sustainable for them, anti-oppressive, and rooted in skill, ethics, curiosity, and respect.

I’m not interested in gatekeeping or jargon for the sake of sounding smart or holding power; I’m interested in helping you become the clinician you envision yourself to be. Who also has the skills to think deeply, practices ethically, and has a full life outside of work. I have a specific focus supporting associates with ADHD and other executive functioning challenges to build a sustainable career that is compliant, ethical, fulfilling, and manageable.
I use the developmental model of supervision, which means I meet you where you are and we grow from there. Some days that means diving into theory, some days it means sorting out sticky clinical moments or ethical challenges, and some days it’s about slowing down enough to remember why you chose this work at all. My goal is to help you build confidence, capacity, and a perspective that feels like your own—not a template of what a therapist “should” act like.
