Do you have people-pleasing and perfectionist tendencies that leave you exhausted and emotionally drained? Is your neurodivergence often misunderstood and preventing you from living a self-actualized life? What would it feel like to be connected with yourself, your body, your loved ones, and the beautiful world around you?
Therapy with me:
Therapy with me is a collaborative space for exploring and discovering the resources you already have within yourself. There you can find the motivation to replace self-defeating, anxious thought patterns, to set healthy boundaries, communicate needs, and prioritize caring for yourself – even when life feels overwhelming. You deserve a safe, creative, curious space to grow into the person you want to become.
I create a safe, collaborative space for us to explore unhealed wounds, build a deeper connection with your own body, and work on the skills to be a confident self-advocate.
Therapy, while serious, can also be a joyous experience. Our work together will be creative and curious, finding the whimsy and light in unexpected places. Whether you are trying to process a recent breakup or loss, consumed by your anxiety, or struggling with being neurodivergent in an unfriendly world, we will find ways to practice self-compassion, break harmful cycles and hold emotions until they are no longer overwhelming.
As a queer and neurodivergent person, disability justice and liberation politics influence my work. I will honor your lived experience and history wherever you may come from without judgement so we can create a space of mutual trust upon which our relational work can be built.

Professional Background:
I am a graduate student at Portland State University’s School of Social Work. I have a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College. I have experience doing case management for adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities and unhoused folks.
Who I am in the Wild:
When I am not at work, I love being outside, listening to audiobooks, playing guitar, and have been getting into stained glass projects. When the sun is shining, I am hiking with my dog. When it is raining, I cuddle up with my cat and a good book or TV show.
